Shape-it.org - Rhondda Community Portal

Background

Shape-it.org is an exciting community portal for the Rhondda Cynon Taf community; it aims to encourage communication and collaboration between individuals and groups in the form of a local website and an internet-based community TV channel. The portal is powered by Contensis CMS R4 within Compuware UK's portal environment.

Implementing the content management system

The Contensis implementation gave the Shape-it.org team and the Rhondda Community a multitude of features including the following:

• Multi-channel output of content i.e. Web, PDA, TV, Kiosks
